CROSSCULTURAL COMPETENCE FORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DIALOGUE OF CULTURES

Abstract. The article describes in detail the process of crosscultural competence formation in the context of the dialogue of cultures and the comparative analysis of languages and cultures. The author examines various didactic means for crosscultural competence formation, explores both traditional and high-tech innovative means of teaching a foreign language and comes to the conclusion that it is the combination of these means in foreign language classes that gives positive results in crosscultural competence formation.
