SPECIFICITY OF PREPARING A FUTURE MUSIC TEACHER TO DIRECT SCHOOL MUSICAL ENSEMBLES

Abstract. The article is devoted to identifying pedagogical conditions promoting the efficiency of future teachers’ preparation to direct children’s music-making. The paper reveals the essence of the modern teacher-musician’s administrative activity in the integrity of its principles, forms and methods. The author identifies and characterizes three stages of students’ preparation (pre-communicative, communicative, communicative-creative ones) aimed to form the ability to stimulate children to creative self-expression in the process of music-making.
