OFFICIAL AND SOCIAL-MATERIAL STATUS OF PROFESSOR-SURGEON V. F. VOYNO-YASENETSKY (ARCHBISHOP LUKA) IN KRASNOYARSK (1941-1944)

Abstract. The article for the first time provides a detailed analysis of professor V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky’s official, social and material status in the period of his work in the system of evacuation hospitals of Krasnoyarsk Territory (1941-1944). In particular, newly discovered archival documents allowed the author to identify the amount of the professor’s payment. Relying on documentary evidences and publications the researcher describes changes in archbishop Luka’s (Voyno-Yasenetsky) social and material status resulting from the change of church-state relations in 1942. The author discovers new details from the professor-archbishop’s work and everyday life, mentions his merits.
