CONSCIOUSNESS AS INTERFACE IN COMMUNICATION STRUCTURE

Abstract. The article discusses the role of consciousness as interface in thinking, interpersonal communication and network communication. Communication is verbal communication in the shell of meta-communication. Framing and categorization of messages are necessary sides of meta-communication. Basing on coherence, recursion and hierarchy, communication is similar to the processes occurring in the neocortex of the brain. The development of digital technologies generates neuronet - the global information environment, in which human consciousness is interface between human thinking and the exocortex of virtual reality.
