EDUCATED MAN AS A SUBJECT OF MANAGEMENT IN THE FORMING KNOWLEDGE-BASED SOCIETY

Abstract. The article considers the increasing role of an educated man as a subject of management in the forming knowledge-based society. The author criticizes managerism, scientistic understanding of an educated man as a "company member" and concludes that an educated man of the knowledge-based society is a philosopher of management, professional and citizen. Development of an educated man as a subject of management occurs under the conditions of forming the industrial society, meritocracy, in the process of working in the "social sector". The paper emphasizes that solidarity of an educated men, state and nation for the sake of public welfare is an instrument to govern the Russian society.
