ГЕНЕЗИС ВНЕШНЕЙ ПОЛИТИКИ США: РАТИФИКАЦИЯ КОНСТИТУЦИИ 1787 Г. В ШТАТЕ ДЖОРДЖИЯ

Аннотация. В исследовании анализируется внешнеполитическая проблематика в процессе ратификации Конституции 1787 г. в Джорджии. Принятое 2 января 1788 г. единогласное решение элитами штата в поддержку введения федеральной системы стало следствием комбинации внешнеполитических угроз и "обособленности" Джорджии в государственном строительстве США. Утверждение текста основного закона в штате, во-первых, послужило толчком к обсуждению внешнеполитической проблематики в Виргинии и Нью-Йорке, во-вторых, воспрепятствовало возможному изменению внешнеполитического механизма, разработанного на Филадельфийском конвенте.
