Abstract. The author considers the problem of the emigration of the youth advanced part from Primorsky Kray over the past few years, analyzes the reasons, presents the arguments, and reveals the factors of this phenomenon, also determines the main countries for emigration, basing on available statistical data, and considers the ways of the formed situation overcoming.
