BRIEF REVIEW OF SPECIFIC PECULIARITIES OF RUSSIAN LAND MARKET OF URBAN, RURAL AND OTHER SETTLEMENTS

Abstract.
The article brings out the problems of using settlements land resources, reveals the complication of their economic evaluation, juristically defines ground area as real estate. Special attention is paid to the specificity of the Russian land market of different types of settlements. The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography data about privately-owned land amount are given. In conclusion the brief forecast of the Russian land market development is suggested for the near-term outlook.
