IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMICAL MECHANISM OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION NORTH-EAST AGRICULTURAL-FOOD MARKET

Abstract. The article is devoted to the improvement of the economical mechanism of the agricultural-food market of Russia North-East regions, which are distinguished by extreme natural and climatic conditions. As the main directions of such improvement the author suggests customs tariff regulation and pricing mechanism development in the region, insurance policy improvement, special taxation schemes and the financial support of agricultural-food market subjects development.
