Abstract. The article reveals the peculiarities of the enterprise functioning at different stages of life cycle, in accordance with which the methodology of the evaluation of resource base potential is formed that includes the main stages and the key indicators. The authors emphasize complex approach to resource base evaluation, which allows concluding about the effectiveness of the enterprise manufacturing resources management and identifying the existing reserves of its growth.
