PROBLEMS OF INVENTORY MANAGEMENT OF MACARONI PRODUCTION

Abstract. The article identifies the main problems of the inventory management of macaroni production. The author pays special attention to the difficulties of raw materials rationing in macaroni production, and to the absence of algorithm for making decisions on inventory management. The article suggests solving the problems of inventory management according to the following directions: clarifying the norms of the consumption of raw materials; holding a qualification-based selection of suppliers; development of qualimetry indicators to assess raw materials and finished products; application of integrated approach to inventory management at the level of business processes.
