NOTION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CRISIS

Abstract. The article reveals the notion “psychological crisis” that affects every person and, under certain conditions, can adversely affect the quality of human life and health. The relevance of the topic is conditioned by the peculiarities of modern society development contributing to the formation of stress and making the personality’s adaptation difficult. The paper also describes the impact of critical events on the personality and the significance of psychological care and support for a person in crisis.
