Abstract.
In the article the specificity of the public and private institutions of job placement and recruiting in Russia is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the current state of public and private occupational patterns are analyzed. The classification of private employment agencies according to a number of criteria is given, the main tendencies of their development are revealed. The principal types of innovation private employment agencies on staff leasing and the peculiarities of their functioning are studied.
