Abstract.
The article analyzes the daily interdepartmental cooperation of the internal affairs authorities of the Russian Federation with the customs authorities of the states-members of the Customs Union aimed at preventing the smuggling of cultural values, the implementation of preventive measures. On the basis of the analysis conducted in the paper the author proposes a set of organizational measures, the implementation and use of which can significantly minimize the appearance of prerequisites to the trafficking, smuggling of cultural values from the Russian Federation.
