Abstract. The article discusses various approaches to the interpretation of the concept “informational educational environment”, reveals the purposes of the formation of the informational educational environment of the higher education establishment and the main problems of its organization in educational institutions. The paper also represents the informational educational environment of the military institute providing conditions for the efficient organization of educational process.
