Abstract.
The article considers the topical for modern Russia theme of raiding. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the raider attacks of organizations on various parts of the financial system of the country. The author analyzes the conditions of social and economic environment, in which raiding emerged and developed, and presents the most effective ways to protect against it. It is noted that protection from raiding can be provided by systematic approach to the implementation of measures that enhance the economic security of Russia.
