Abstract. The article justifies a new approach to formation of a system to control the aggregate value generation, which presupposes administrative decision-making considering social consequences both for the firm and the society. Relying on the balanced indicator system the authors developed a methodology to calculate the emergent effect, suggested a new indicator - “emergent capital” - to evaluate the company’s activity on generating the aggregate value.
