Abstract.
The article considers the issues of the state of legality in the sphere of observance of citizens’ labour rights and typical violations revealed in this sphere during inspections. The role of prosecution bodies in restoring the violated labour rights of citizens is analysed. The measures of prosecutor’s reaction, taken in case of the revealed violations, are indicated. Attention is also focused on the importance of the sphere of labour relations in modern Russia.
