Abstract.
The problem of realization of corporative culture of specialist in socio-cultural sphere is analyzed in the article. Pedagogic peculiarities of this process are formulated. The model of a successful realization of corporative culture of specialist in socio-cultural sphere being implemented in at the Department of theatrics of Tambov state university is shown as an example.
