THE THEME OF LAW IN ANCIENT PHILOSOPHICAL AND RELIGIOUS DOCTRINES

Abstract. The article is focused on the problem of law which has been one of the central problems during all the development of human thought. The topicality of law theme is obvious even today: there are laws in nature the infringement of which can bring to ruin of humanity. The infringement of moral laws leads society to spiritual degradation. The article investigates the concept of law in the history of philosophical and religious thought and compares it to the Christian concept of Good fortune.
