Abstract.
М. М. Bakhtin's deed philosophy is analyzed. On the basis of the work To Deed Philosophy the problem of Bakhtin's search for the necessary foundation (deed necessity) for his project of the first philosophy in scientific and aesthetics worlds is considered. It is shown that these worlds are full of fatal theorizing and differ only in their subject but neither in their method, nor in their way of thinking.
