Abstract. In the article some ideological and legal aspects of the historical process of the initial stage of the socialist organization of labour in the Russian society during the first year of the Soviet rule formation are considered in brief. The main peculiarities of the formation of the historically new form of the productive labour organization of the Russian proletariat according to the Marxist-Bolshevist ideology which was really tested in Russia during the considered period are analysed.
