Abstract.
The author researches the liberal methodology of society management. This methodology is conditioned by the idea of secular authorities' dominance over church ones. It is shown that liberalism can initially act as the theoretical substantiation of secular authorities' dominance over church ones and then as the methodology of society management aimed at enhancing freedom levels of secular authorities and their agents.
