Abstract.
The article reveals the essence of the state system of the third of June monarchy and shows the necessity of the presence of reliable government's support in State Duma under the conditions of multi-party system. Special attention is paid to the conditionality of the formation of All-Russian National Union (ARNU) by the government's necessity to have moderate-conservative support in State Duma, to influence loss by ARNU, its split and importance loss in future, to the originality of the interpretation of the notion national spirit connected with the character of ARNU Russian nationalism by ARNU ideologists, to the specificity of ARNU social base.
