Abstract.
The author considers one of the possible perspectives of democracy development in Russia with the help of the legislative fixing of Internet-voting and researches the questionable and debatable problems of electronic voting development in the Russian Federation with the final conclusion about the necessity of the fast introduction of such a form of citizens' will declaration.
