Abstract. The authors discuss various aspects of scientific paradigm alteration in the context of post-non-classical science and demonstrate that the dominant view in post-non-classical discourse is that the linear conception of historical process and social-dynamics studying exhausted its heuristic possibilities and requires the elaboration of more adequate approaches to the analysis of social development and historical process orientation problems.
