Abstract. The author reveals the position of the pre-revolutionary lawyer Nikolai Mikhailovich Korkunov on the problem of relations conflict management complicated by a foreign element and pays special attention to the theory of conflict resolution proposed by N. M. Korkunov and based on Savigny's doctrine of conflicts.
