LEIBNIZ'S CONCEPTION OF COMPETING WORLDS: MEMORY ABOUT GOOD CALLING

Abstract. The author substantiates the thesis that Leibniz's conception of competing worlds should be interpreted in terms of contingency, shows the role of the notion existence in this conception, and considers the comprehension difficulties of this notion in Leibnitz's general metaphysical project.
