Abstract. The author reveals the specifics of administrative justice institution in Anglo-Saxon system countries considering its certain elements, pays special attention to different approaches to this legal category definition, the research of its origin and analysis of scientists' views on administrative justice functions and role, and summarizes the most significant results of administrative justice institution reforms in Anglo-Saxon system countries.
