Abstract. The author considers business ethics, which sets the goal to improve the quality of business and administration professionals' ethical consciousness, to acquire basic business value orientations and ethical standards and to master the tool of analysis and ethical decision-making in specific situations of business life; and concludes that business ethics is a necessary condition for market relations development, and upon that business ethics is not only the aim of business development, but also the means and tool that help to increase profitability, strengthen business relations, gain trust, respect and ultimately - success.
