Abstract. The author covers the surrogate motherhood foreign practices in the sphere of its legal support, conducts the comparative analysis of the modern legislation and contractual relations norms regarding surrogate motherhood in the UK, the USA, Israel, Ukraine and other states where the new method of assisted reproductive technologies obtained legal interpretation and discusses the coming problem of international cooperation in reproductive technologies regulation sphere.
