NAZI GERMANY IN FOREIGN POLICY OF F. D. ROOSEVELT'S ADMINISTRATION (1933-1935)

Abstract. The author shows the position of Nazi Germany in the foreign policy of Franklin Roosevelt's administration in 1933-1935, compares the attitudes of the president, the heads of The State Department and American diplomats to Germany, and determines the reasons of the U.S. passive reaction to Germany rearmament, its position strengthening in Latin America, Hitler government discriminatory measures in relation to American creditors and exporters.
