Abstract.
The author tells about the native inventor, little-known in Russia, the outstanding constructor of internal combustion engines B. G. Lutskii. The graduate of Sevastopol' Non-Classical Secondary School, he continued his studies at Munich Institute of Technology, as a student created original gas engine, worked in Germany for a long time, approved himself not only as a constructor, but also as an entrepreneur. The author describes his inventions in engine-building, motor car building, shipbuilding and aircraft building.
