Abstract. The author reveals the content of the notion self-determination from the perspective of social philosophy in the context of strategic management, pays special attention to the foundations revelation of the meta-system analysis of the strategy of country development and strategist self-determination, touches upon some actual problems of methodology and the practice of self-determination formation, and substantiates the way of self-determination crisis overcoming to the whole of country by means of restructuring the system of values​​, the systems of meta-analytics criteria and technologies and the formation of strategists and managers' self-organization.
