Abstract.
The authors discuss the creative ideas of R. F.-Betancourt, his philosophy of cultures interaction, reveal the characteristic features of the Latin American philosophy and the influence of the philosophy of interculturalism on it, emphasize the dialogue nature of cultures interaction philosophy in the form of the Western philosophical tradition impact against the background of cultures pluralism, and subject the author's reasoning about the role of intercultural philosophy under the conditions of globalization to a comprehensive analysis.
