Abstract.
The author considers the features of cult buildings architecture of different confessional groups within Southern Ural, reveals the use of typical Russian Orthodox national architectural details in the buildings of other confessions temples, and researches the use of the typical European architectural styles of decorative and compositional elements in the buildings of synagogues and mosques within Southern Ural at the end of the XIX
th – the beginning of the XX
th century.
