INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF ORGANIZATION OF STATE CONTROL OVER AUTONOMOUS ENTITIES

Abstract.
The author considers state control experience by the example of the autonomies of the Aland Islands as a part of Finland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands as the parts of Denmark, the Azores Islands and Madeira as the parts of Portuguese, Corsica as a part of France; researches the status, powers and functions of the institutes of the Governor at the Aland Islands, the Representative of the Republic at the Azores Islands and Madeira, the High Commissioner of the King in Greenland and at the Faroe Islands, the Prefect of Corsica, and determines the features of state control in administrative and political autonomies.
