Abstract.
The author describes the objectives and tasks set by Kolchak government in relation to the Chinese province of Xinjiang, analyzes its actions aimed at improving the efficiency of the customs authorities, interacting with the provincial government in trade and economic sphere, considers the list of exported and imported goods, and shows the total sum of the turnover in value terms.
