Abstract.
The author reveals the content of the main forms of financial-legal norms realization, their features, pays special attention to the questions of law norms realization, which take one of the most important places among the topical problems of juridical science, despite the fact that the special theoretical analysis of financial law norms realization is quite rare in juridical literature; analyzing this problem, first of all, raises the question about the content and set of juridical means in the mechanism of financial-legal regulation, the influence of different determining factors on the order of financial law norms realization; and basing on general theoretical law approaches analyzes the features of the forms of financial-legal norms realization, the legal regulation of the relations formed in connection with the compliance, use, implementation and application of these norms.
