Abstract.
The author deals with the most important social institution - family, considers one of its components - young family, tells that the results of the problem category research, in which modern urban young family is considered from different aspects, are of considerable interest, pays particular attention to the problem of the connection between the generations of parents and their children, creating their family, and shows that the analysis of the data confirms the tendency of family and marriage transformation and reveals the new aspects of this phenomenon.
