Abstract.
The author substantiates an assumption that a man experiences the finiteness of his being as a fear, where the production of death is a public process, and pays attention to the fact that in the social production of death the latter is not only a physiological phenomenon to a man, but also the attitude of a man towards another man. Fear also fixes the consciousness of an individual at the physiology of death. Perceiving social attitude as a natural one and realizing the impossibility to remove it from life a man directs his activity not to the transformation of the inhuman conditions of existence, but to the compensation of fear.
