Abstract.
The author discusses the features of private and public law reflection in an individual’s consciousness, considers the questions of the correlation between private and public in legislation, emphasizes their distinctive features, and comes to the conclusion about different mechanisms of private and public law norms influence on legal consciousness and about the necessity of different approaches use for their effective application.
