PIONEER ORGANIZATION ACTIVITY IN PSKOV PROVINCE OF THE 1920S

Abstract.
The author discusses the questions of institutionalizing the pioneer organization in Pskov province in the 1920s, reveals the tasks, slogans, forms and types of children’s communist associations activity, and basing on the analysis of the population dynamics, the pioneer organization composition, the effectiveness of its practice, and the nature of the interaction with other public organizations determines the degree of the mass children’s association participation in the political and social-cultural life of the region.
