IDEA OF ​​FREEDOM IN HEGELIAN “PHILOSOPHY OF LAW”

Abstract. The author analyzes the Hegelian conception of freedom, which was put forward in “Philosophy of Law”, reveals that the notion of freedom is not limited to the self-determination of the individual’s will according to Hegel, but is the substantial nature and ultimate goal of universal spirit development in the world history, and shows that the world spirit that embodies itself in the form of the state, does not limit the individual’s freedom, but forms its real basis, enabling its implementation.
