GERMANY POLICY IN THE KOSOVO CONFLICT OF THE 1990S

Abstract. The author considers the Kosovo crisis as a precedent in the German policy for the renegotiation of the terms of the Treaty of Moscow of 1990, according to which the sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Germany was not completely reinstated, pays particular attention to the policy of the USA, France, Britain, which, within the framework of NATO, “froze” the independent actions of Germany in the Balkans, and in the end comes to the conclusion that the Kosovo conflict was a stage on the way to the expansion of the FRG sovereignty, but nevertheless “the German question” remained pending.
