PEDAGOGICAL FACTORS OF TEACHERS’ FURTHER TRAINING IN U.S. HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract. The author analyzes the key normative-legal documents and historical-pedagogical works of U.S. researchers, some of which are presented in translation for the first time, reveals and substantiates the need for the complex study of pedagogical factors of teachers’ further training in the American Higher School, basing on the conducted research suggests emphasizing some of the leading factors, and reveals their content and degree of further influence on the pedagogical process under consideration.
