Abstract.
The author presents the general comparative description of the state executor’s legal status in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, as well as the bailiff’s legal status according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, analyzes their status, rights and obligations, the order of their legal and social protection, pays special attention to the necessity of introducing such subjects of enforcement process as the groups of compulsory enforcement into the legislation of Russia, and basing on the conducted research concludes that the bailiff is more protected, independent, and is also endowed with a significant amount of authorities while implementing enforcement proceedings than the state executor in Ukraine.
