Abstract.
The author presents the survey of modern researchers’ views on the tendencies of the development of philosophical argumentation forms and methods based on the principles of non-classical logic, considers the collision of polar research positions in defining the subject matter of logic and its status, and as a result of the conducted analysis concludes the following: the nature of logical constructs within the framework of quantum logic is dialectical, and possibly requires deviation from the traditional consideration of philosophical argumentation as an evidence-based process.
