Abstract.
The authors present the analysis of the barriers to Perm’ residents’ social-political activity, analyze the results of the research obtained in December 2012 in the course of the door-to-door survey of Perm’ residents, and actualize the problems of citizens’ low activity in social-political sphere, as well as the need to research the barriers to population social-political activity.
