IRRATIONAL INTERPRETATIONS OF SELF-ALIENATION

Abstract.
The author presents the analysis of the interpretations of the phenomenon of self-alienation, or the man’s alienation from himself, which are given by the irrationalist philosophy of the XIX
th century, suggests the basic versions of the same problem interpretations in this sphere, and tells that this problematic is topical in connection with the situation of the crisis of the subject, of confidence to mind in the philosophy of the ХХ
th century and the revision of the Western philosophy classical notions, in the course of which the new status of the subject was revealed.
